Ethics (online)
Is it ever okay to lie? Should we move to Mars? Is Dumbledore as great as he seems? Who gets saved first in a fire? What are the ethics of invisibility? What is the Trolley Problem? Each week a different topic, so keep checking back.
Through discussion and Socratic questioning, our classes encourage critical thinking skills as we examine the ethics behind these question and concepts. Students will learn by examining a variety of scenarios, debate (can you argue the opposing view?), and reasoning exercises as well as lively group discussions. We cannot wait to tackle these big questions together.
